My doctoral dissertation, published in 2015, integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and executive coaching techniques. The purpose of the writing is to increase knowledge for the development of compassionate leaders. The focus of my work is the cultivation of compassionate, healthy, and productive workplace culture.
