Dr. Joshua Schultz

I’m a Philadelphia-based psychologist with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, specializing in the intersection of psychology, leadership, and business. My practice provides strategic guidance and support to family enterprises, family offices, and mission-driven organizations.

With a background in executive leadership, mental healthcare, family systems, and relationship dynamics, I help families, leaders, and organizations navigate the unique challenges that accompany wealth, power, visibility, and close-knit relationships. Whether facilitating high-stakes decisions, resolving conflict, or enhancing communication, I combine psychological insight with practical expertise to support sustainable growth and long-term well-being.

My work centers on supporting leaders within wealthy families and family enterprises as they navigate complexity across generations and life stages. This includes advising founders, next-generation leaders, and individuals who have risen to leadership or wealth through rapid success, helping them strengthen their discernment, refine their decision-making, and steward their influence with clarity, confidence, and intention.

Collaboration with me is designed to foster insight, energy, and purpose. Together, we’ll address your most pressing challenges, establish healthy boundaries, and develop meaningful strategies that align leadership, relationships, and long-term goals.
